Gather 'round, I have quite the story to tell.

After making TONS of gold off vermin (around 300k for one days work), I decided to take a break for the night and farm some more the next day. I hung around the Guild Hall with friends posing for stupid screenshots that we'd be able to put on the site. We then ran Hench-Way in HA for awhile, simply because we were bored. Saying good-night, I was swept away to my bed where I dreamed dreams to graphic for this forum.

Awaking the next day, I had a horrible cold. This got me out of school, luckily. I figured "Hey, I should go farm vermin. It doesn't take effort and since i'm sick I dont want to exert myself." Booting up the game, I see that we have a MASSIVE update. This is where I begin to get worried. Everyone is going nuts in the farming towns, but I just block out all-chat so that I could minimize my lag. I go out of Senji's, and begin the farming run. But wait, the vermin are RUNNING... and not just running, HEALING. It takes 10 minutes just to kill the first mob! A chill goes up my spine (which is mildly refreshing since at this point I have a fever) and I realize "You cannot farm melee with your warrior anymore. Bet you wish you hadn't delted that 55 monk now, huh?".

Worst. Day. Ever.

The first time I henched my way up through Dreadnought's Drift I managed to kill Maw the Mountain Heart, but since I hadn't known he was there or what elite he had I didn't have a sig-cap. Looked him up later and decided to go back to get FoC.

The first time Devona gets stuck on a pebble about halfway up Snake Dance. Tried everything to get her unstuck, but she wouldn't budge. Okay, fine, go on without her. Almost to the top of Snake Dance I get stuck between a group of giants and a hoard of trolls. Things go bad, everyone dies... Everyone except Devona, who's happy and healthy standing on her pebble and laughing at us -- Aurgh!

So I start over. This time things go better, no henchies stuck on pebbles, or any such nonesense. Make it into Dreadnought's Drift, fight through the four Dolyak Riders healing each other nightmare, and make it to Maw's spawn. I'm tossing spells, his health is dropping, everything is going well, then suddenly it all stops. Everyone just stands there, Maw looks vaguely embarassed -- or, at least, as embarassed as a frost wurm boss can be. Then the inevitable comes, 007, licensed to kill my fun. I contemplate placing the keyboard through the screen at hypersonic velocities, but am fortunately stopped from trying by the intervention of loved ones and a well-timed shot of thorazine.

So I start over... Again. This time things go even better. I get through Snake Dance fine, make it up through Dreadnought's to Maw's spawn. Send him to the mists and cap an elite that I've not once used.

The character that got FoC from Maw that evening has Tyrian Grandmaster Cartogropher, of all the titles I've gotten it's the only one I'm truly proud of. I'd love to get it on more of my characters, and after doing it once it'd be a lot easier the next time, but the thought of going through all of that yet again is just too daunting. Hours spent fighting up through Snake Dance and Dreadnought's, just to end up having wasted your time because of an 007? Nah, never again...

if he wants to tell us, he will. my personal 'rainy day' was when i was getting my fow armor; we had just finished the last quest and were going back to the forgemaster. i decided to cherish the moment, and decided to take some before and after pics. needless to say, after i took a couple pics, there was a server-wide err7. bleh

Alright my experiences aren't much since I don't PvE as I used to. But I remember----PvP experience)...I got in this really nice dual smite group, and it was my first time playing a thumper in HA, I normally played Ele but I gave it a go. So after racking up some large portions of fame (During Double Fame weekend) We made it to HoH. My first time, there I couldn't believe it! I took some overloadage of screenies, but its HoH and a first time. So we end up killing a nice balanced and the other team didn't really do too much. So we won, and my parties name went out. Well, I realized I was in a European Group, and I wanted to farm later and it'll take a bit for America to win it back. But, I saw a cegeistel sigil (forget how to spell it lol) under my name. Woah! Can it get much better? Large Ammounts of fame and now a sigil? Well, god must've seen something he didn't like from me. So, I err 7'd Oh god. Well I tryed to find my group again. Well they didn't try to find me, because they were holding halls for a while longer. And then....the same day- I was in RA....Me (thumper which i developed a passion for) , a rather pushy monk, and 2 sins. Well 1 sin couldnt stop going ramboing in so he died quite a bit
But, we got far
7 wins, Aweomse! 8, ,9! Yes! Then 10th game. The over talkative sin pissed off the monk. The monk rage quitted at the start of the battle because of the aggro Happy Sin. Well maybe, Just maybe the other team will quit in generosity because of our 10th win and our monk quit. Well they didn't believe and I lost that gladiator point which would've been my 25th (Lord ,why)

My worst PvP day.
